From my perspective, what’s better about Sonic Fire Tech is that it activates before a fire ever becomes a major event - so there’s no damage in the first place. Even if there’s a false alarm, nothing gets ruined - no soaked floors, no damaged furniture, no mess. The sound waves don’t harm anything, so it can protect both the inside and outside of the home without any collateral damage. That is the reason I purchased the system and look forward to installing on my home. Honestly, the cost wasn’t much different from installing a traditional water or foam system, but this system keeps working even if the power or water goes out - it just makes sense.
